  • Private Insurance : United Healthcare including UMR, Allsavers, Pera, AARP, United Medicare 
  • CO Medicare
  • Medicaid Including Health First, Denver Health, Rocky Mountain 
  • Motor Vehicle Claims (please have adjuster, claim information ready)  
  • Most Workers Compensation with a Doctor's Order.

Meet The Team

Carla Devenpeck, DPT, CFMT, LMT, C-PS

Director of Rehabilitation / Physical Therapist

Carla received her doctoral degree at the University of Vermont in physical therapy. Carla has furthered her career in PT by becoming a Certified Functional Manual Therapist and is trained in Level 1 and 2 Functional Dry Needling techniques (FDN). In 2020 she obtained her certification as a Champion Performance Specialist. She is also a licensed massage therapist and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Carla has experience working in occupational medicine as well as outpatient orthopedics. When she isn’t working Carla enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, skiing, and an occasional sprint triathlon or ½ marathon.

Rob Rapier, DPT, OCS, CMT

Physical Therapist

Rob has over 25 years of patient care experience as a massage therapist and physical therapist. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in kinesiology and psychology Cum Laude. He received his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He holds certifications in massage therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and orthopedics. He combines a unique blend of physical therapy and massage therapy to help rehabilitate clients recovering from acute injuries, chronic injuries and post-surgical procedures. He is an avid exerciser as well as enjoys yoga, hiking, circuit weight training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training.

Samantha Richter

Office Manager

Sam has considerable experience working in medical offices. Over the years she has gained extensive knowledge in patient communication and medical procedure. Sam has a very kind and cheerful demeanor. She is passionate about the patient experience. She always wants the patient to feel welcome when entering the office. She focuses mostly in patient intake, coordinating patient care and authorizing treatment. Her educational background is in neuropsychology and uses that to improve patient relations. Sam grew up in Chicago, Illinois. She is a big Blackhawks fan, and plays hockey. She is a self proclaimed nerd, loves to read, plays video games and is a Game Master in D&D. She has two cats, a dog and a partner that she loves to snuggle on the couch with and watch the latest fantasy/sci-fi tv and movies.
